By accessing or using FuseGov ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

FuseGov provides deterministic governance for autonomous systems, including AI agents and cloud automation systems, cloud APIs, and other endpoint types. The Service is currently in beta and features may change.

3. Beta Program

3.1 Beta Status

The Service is currently in beta testing. As a beta user, you acknowledge that:

  • The Service may contain bugs or errors
  • Features may change without notice
  • Service availability is not guaranteed
  • You should not use the Service for production-critical systems without extensive testing

3.2 Beta Feedback

By participating in the beta program, you agree to provide feedback about your experience. We may use this feedback to improve the Service.

4. User Accounts

  • The FuseGov software and platform

  • Documentation and materials

You retain ownership of data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

While FuseGov is designed to prevent autonomous system failures, we do not guarantee that all incidents will be prevented. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards in your own systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSEGOV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuseGov from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
